Using the I-HeLP Guide is easy.  Follow these simple steps.

1. Click on the button labeled "Main Plant" or "Warehouse" depending on which building you are going to be working or visiting.  You will be shown a color coded view of the facility with the primary departments and work areas.
2. Click on the general area you are working in or planning to visit. If it is in the Main Plant you will be shown a zoomed view of that area.  The first click on the Main Plant view will zoom in to that area. 
3. Click on the specific department.  A box will appear in the lower left hand corner of the view that says: "Select Job Code."
4. Click on the "Select Job Code" box and pick your job code from the list presented.  A table of sound exposure conditions with hearing protection requirements and additional notes will appear in the lower right hand corner.  Follow the hearing protection requirements for your job.
